Inspiration

Inspired by sansho peppercorn in traditional Hot Pot broths (Nabemono) a traditional Japanese dish. This highball evokes the flavors of a hot pot broth, and offers them in a bright and refreshing effervescent serve. Yuzu, and other herbs provide supporting flavor that allow our Roku gin and Sansho peppercorn to shine as the stars of the cocktail.
